Return Policy



PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you are dissatisfied with your Unicity product purchase, we will issue a refund or exchange. You must contact us within 60 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return postage if you choose to return a product, and you must provide us with a written letter as to why you are returning the product. We cannot get replacement product without this information and no refund can be issued without it. You must contact us prior to returning any product at 1-800-728-7118.

If you refuse to accept a package and it is returned to us you will be given a refund for the product. However you will be charged a fee equal to our costs of shipping. This means your credit card will be reimbursed for your payment minus the shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We process your order the next business day ( Mon - Fri). We ship by USPS. Your credit card will show payment to " RESULTS " - a distributor for Unicity, Inc.

BACK ORDERS There may be times when a Unicity product is "out of stock" and placed on a "Back Order" status. These "Back Ordered" items will be shipped to you as soon as they are available.
